Flexe Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Flexe shorts!

Returns:

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • To initiate a return, contact us at [your support email] with your order number and reason.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges:

  • We currently do exchanges for size or color only if stock is available.

  • Contact us to request an exchange.

Damaged or Wrong Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order with a photo of the issue.
